We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Bookings must be guaranteed against payment deposited. Some bookings are non – refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted.
- Rates are subject to change without prior intimation to any party and are not to be used for any online distribution.
- Early Check in Subject to availability.
- The payment will be refunded after deducting the cancellation charges applied according to the Hotel’s cancellation policy.
- The villa reserves the right to reject any booking received from non-approved distribution channels.
- Guests not carrying identity proof will not be allowed to check in or visit other guests. No refund or reimbursement will be made in such cases.
- Use of drugs & immoral activities are against the law and are strictly prohibited. If any such activities are reported, you will have to vacate the villa immediately, and refund policy will not be applicable.
